How do I file my CT600 with Cledo?

Cledo generates your CT600 Corporation Tax return and FRS 105 micro-entity iXBRL accounts from your real-time bookkeeping data. It calculates the correct rate — 19% small-profits, 25% main rate, or marginal relief — and files the return to HMRC for you.

Automatic calculation

Trading profit, capital allowances, and the correct CT rate are computed from your ledger. Marginal relief is applied automatically for profits between £50k and £250k.

iXBRL generation

FRS 105 micro-entity accounts are generated in inline XBRL format — the machine-readable standard HMRC requires for electronic filing.

Filing to HMRC

The CT600 and attached accounts are submitted via the HMRC Corporation Tax API. You receive confirmation and the filing is logged in your Timeline.

9-month deadline tracking

Corporation Tax is due 9 months and 1 day after your accounting period ends. Cledo tracks this and sends reminders before the deadline.
